Tom_edited.jpg - 17635 BytesThomas Traciak, President of ACI Finance, Inc., has directly served local governments in the State of Michigan with capital financings since 1988, and has over twenty years experience in accounting, budgeting and finance in both the public and private sectors. His advisory work for clients has included rate studies, grant funding, financings through water, sewer and electric revenue bonds, county conduit bonds, building authority bonds, tax anticipation notes, TIFA, LDFA, DDA bonds, special assessment bonds and lease purchase agreements.

Mr. Traciak has a particular expertise with difficult credit and revenue support. In such instances, his rapport with underwriters becomes essential in determining the structuring and marketing of a bond issue. Marketing the project to all available grant and low-interest loan providers such as State Revolving Fund, Drinking Water Revolving Fund or USDA Rural Development is always fully considered.

Mr. Traciak holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Michigan and a Masters Degree of Public Policy and Administration from Michigan State University.

She also studied abroad at the University of Seville in Seville, Spain, where she took classes in the areas of Spanish Literature and Culture and U.S.-European Relations.

Prior to Joining ACI Finance, Inc. in July 2004, Ms. McMullen worked for Jackson National Life Insurance Company for nearly three years as a Claim Analyst. During her tenure with that company she was recognized for producing high-quality work and providing outstanding service to company clients.
